Leicester has a new addition and it is just what was needed to fill that adventure/activity gap.
Caddyshackers is an over 18’s crazy golf course based right in the city centre. The location is perfect and the concept is brilliant.
The indoor golf course is decorated with neon lights & graffiti on the walls. There is upbeat music playing in the background which gives the venue a great vibe.
The crazy golf has a carefully thought out 18 hole course . There is also a pool table, table tennis and arcade area.
The adults only golf course is owned by the Steamin Billy group and you can be sure to find some food and great drinks at the venue.
Suitable for couples or larger groups this is a great way to spend a couple of hours in the afternoon or evening.
The Golf Course:
It takes around an hour to get around the 18 holes. Each hole is unique and as you progress it gets harder. I like how they personalised one of them by having the city’s football club decor.
It was hole 15 I could not get past. I did give up on that one but moved to the next one to give those behind me a chance.
A straight up round of golf costs £10 per person. On Monday and Tuesday it’s 50% off on golf with a valid student ID. The golf course also offers 5 packages with drinks and food in addition to the standard one. The packages range from £18 – £35 per person. Bookings can be made online.
Food & Drink:
The food menu consists of hot dogs (vegetarian option available), wood-fired pizzas (including a hot dog pizza), nachos & desserts all created by Frank’s Fine Pizza.
On our visit we tried some pizza, had cheesy nachos and shared a loaded hot dog.
The bar has a range of drinks including craft beer and the all important cocktail menu. On the day Kev and I enjoyed the Sex on the Green and Tiger Woods. Mocktails are £4 and Cocktails £6.50.
During the evening Stacey brought over some delicious pizzas and nachos to us. The staff were all upbeat and I loved their golf visors.

I have to agree that this place is so much fun and the food fits in well with the theme. I was impressed with their veggie and vegan menu options. It’s a great addition to the activity scene for adults in the city for fun group activities.

That looks like so much fun as I’m not really a golf person, but I wouldn’t mind trying it just for the entertainment. xx

Lots of fun and love the funky decoration! Is it open to kids too?

No unfortunately it’s adults only. Leicester does need a kids one too I think

This looks so much fun. I especially like the look of that bar 😉 and the food! Perfect for some grown-up time away from the kids 🙂

It’s interesting that it is adult only, they are missing a trick there as kids would love this kind of place. It does sound like a great night out though and lots of fun

This looks great fun. I don’t think we have any adult only crazy golf near us.

I love crazy golf. My husband and I always play it in Orlando on holiday. Great to see a course indoors in the UK, we do have variable weather here. I think it sounds reasonable value for money too
