Bakedin was born when two friends had the idea of a creating a time-saving baking kit that gave the baking experience with a little less hassle.
Bakedin products are available at in thousands of shops in the UK, Europe & North America.
Mug Mixes:
Mug baking sample box: This costs £5 and contains a sachet of Chocolate Mug Brownie, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Gooey Chocolate Cookies. With baking time being less than 2 minutes, these microwave mug mixes are perfect for that quick dessert fix.
I am trying to pick a favourite but cannot – they were all so scrumptious. For something that needs minimum skill but has maximum taste, I would recommend this box. You can then decide for yourself which is your favourite and order a bigger box. The only fresh ingredients I needed to add to all the mixes were milk and butter. None of the mixes were dry – they were moist and full of flavour.Baking Club:
Bakedin also have a Baking Club, a subscription for a monthly baking box. From £7.50 a month you can get a box each month with a different recipe. Dry ingredients are carefully measured out and labelled in the box along with a recipe card and a few handy extras to help you get that perfect bake.
The recipes are created and reviewed by Michel Roux so you are guaranteed to have a tasty bake always.Lemon Drizzle Loaf: I received a box to make a Lemon Drizzle Loaf, a favourite of mine. The box came with all the measured dry ingredients, grease-proof paper for the loaf tin, an icing bag & toothpick to test the cake. I added in some butter, eggs and lemon to these dry ingredients.
The recipe card gave me a step by step guide on what to do. It was not complex and was clearly labelled.
I chose not to add a layer of Swiss buttercream to mine however the ingredients and instructions were there. The beauty of having a box like this and making it in the comfort of your home is that you can change what you want (obvisouly not the main bake) but toppings and fillings. The loaf was delicious and came with flaked almonds to sprinkle over for that extra bite. It was quick and definitely a good way to bake a cake without spending too much time preparing beforehand.
So what are you waiting for? Bake like a pro by getting one of their products.Neha

These look interesting. I’ve never tried anything like that before; I always cook everything from scratch.
