Anyone else love going out on a school night? It’s one of those naughty but good nights right?

Last night Kev & I had an evening of cocktails 🍸 all soaked up by some delicious food @ninebrestaurantbar

We shared the Sautéed Garlic Chilli Prawns (so good we mopped the last of the sauce with the warm bread) to start with.
For mains I went for Sautéed juicy breast of chicken and Kev had the Beef Medallions. Each dish perfectly presented and simply delicious.

The cocktails 🍹 were so good I couldn’t stop at 1. Love not being the driver 🚗
🌟 Salted Raspberry Delight (magically put together to deal with my chocolate/dessert cravings)

🌟 The Makers Empire
🌟 Citrus Conquest

You got to go and try out Nine B! One of my favourites places in Leicester. The decor is so cool too. Swipe to see more 👍🏽

They have also extended the EatOuttoHelpOut until end of September so get in there quick.

Keeping with the passion fruit theme, here is some no bake passion fruit cheesecake🧡💛 with a ginger biscuit bottom.

I tried to make a healthier version of the @bbcfood no bake cheesecake by using reduced fat soft cheese (can you tell it’s not totally set?)! It still tasted amazing and meant I could just have more (let’s ignore all the cream and sugar that goes in 😂).
