It’s Wednesday already.. eeek! Work is busy at the moment with everyone trying to tick their lists before they finish off for the year. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I still make sure I have that lunch break away from my desk or else my brain doesn’t function as well in the afternoon. Do you prefer to eat lunch at your desk or skip lunch and finish early? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What I would like to do is sit at @jimmyskillerprawns_uk and munch my way through this mountain of 50 prawns 🦐. Covered in a spicy sauce these juicy prawns are £29.95 on Tuesdays and come with spicy rice and fries.. #nomnom *Jimmy Killer Prawns are also on #shopsmall for those who want an even better deal!
This #traveltuesday I was briefly taken to Italy to experience some delicious simple flavours and learn a bit about the passion behind Italian cooking 😍 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I learnt that #threeisthemagicnumber when cooking simple pasta especially @lafamigliarana . There was so much to take in about balancing the flavours. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Can you guess the three magic ingredients? Clue is in the pic! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The Rana Tortellonis are made with chopped ingredients and just need 2 minutes to cook. They have 6 flavours available, my favourite being the Spinach and Ricotta one. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I also love their ethos and thinking.. food and family… it’s what life’s all about.
Social Media does have its cons but I think there are more pros! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have met some lovely people since I started blogging including a couple of Dublin bloggers @theflourishingpantry @thebakingnutritionist ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Just over a week ago Vicky, Amy and I met @pog_dublin for brunch. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The food and coffee was amazing & the company was even better. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We all had something in common (blogging of course) and we automatically hit it off. I think a lot of the time your social media engagement is a reflection of your personality. Do you agree? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 📷The Classic Benedict..
