If you managed to catch my stories you will have seen the feast I had last night... I am still dreaming about it! ⁣ ⁣ After over indulging I think it’s back to soups - well maybe from Monday 😬. ⁣ ⁣ 📷Spicy roasted parsnip soup without tomatoes from @bbcgoodfood . Paired with warm crusty bread rolls this is just so warming. ⁣ ⁣ I had @sainsburys parsnips in the fridge since Christmas and needed to use them. Surprisingly they were still in perfect condition 3 weeks past their sell by date. ⁣ ⁣ What’s your favourite soup?
These frosty mornings are pretty to look at but scraping that windscreen in the mornings is not my idea of fun (especially when I know that train is not going to wait for me). ⁣ ⁣ What I would love to do is take a nice walk to a cosy cafe to sip on a chai latte and tuck into a slice of cake. ⁣ ⁣ 📷 Oat Chai Latte, Oreo Cup Cake & Vegan Ice-cream .
