Being organised and ensuring I have dinner planned for at least the day before is a good idea - one I don’t do often. Are you good at meal planning? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have put a recipe on my stories (and highlights) on how to make some Kidney Bean and Sweetcorn curry. It is pretty easy and be enjoyed with tacos, rice, jacket potatoes or chapatis. 📷 Curry in a shell, topped with Philadelphia cheese (mixed with coriander and onion) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Are you a meal planner? Sizzling Mixed Grills.. juicy, tasty and perfectly charred 😋 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The smell and sound of sizzlers always make me so hungry. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Are you a fan? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Summer House opened its doors October 2018. Based in Hall Green, the venue is perfect for those family catchups and tasty food. Happy Sunday all! How has your weekend been? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A couple of weeks back I was invited along to @kelloggs.uk #hellohappyguts event. I met some lovely people (@thegutstuff @themactwins @ldnnutritionist )who filled me with so much information on how important it is to look after your guts. Check our their websites for lots more cause I am no nutritionist. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I won’t stop eating those meat packed burgers or those calorie filled desserts however will start making other changes included more fibre, veg and probiotics. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 📷Banana (1) and Strawberry (3) smoothie with homemade almond milk and some All-Bran (max 30grams) for two shakes. These are so tasty and filling ❤️. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I don’t find oats as filling in my shakes but this I do- what do you bulk your smoothies with? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I received the cereal for free at the event but was under no obligation to review.
