Good morning world 🌞.You ready for the long weekend and a bit of indulgence? My Easter break started yesterday with a delicious fruit filled Hot Cross Bun from @hambletonbake and latte from @notjustacornershop Join #notjustacornershop this weekend for their local produce showcase. They are also having another delivery of fresh Hot Cross Buns tomorrow so get down there quick. Have a lovely Thursday. PS do you prefer loaded hot cross buns or simple ones?
Chocolate scotch eggs... I saw these online and had to try them out. For a first attempt they weren’t too bad. I need to tweak them a bit to make them perfect. I have the recipe on my stories (the brownie element is healthy because I love a bit of balance 😊). Have you tried these or would you even try them?
Rich Creme Egg Brownies.. another Easter bake for you all 🐣 🐰 . How is your Tuesday been? Have you started tucking into those Easter eggs yet? I mentioned balance yesterday and that is what I did with these brownies.. I made a healthy rich brownie with date sugar just so I could add in gooey creme eggs and not feel as guilty 😋.
